Diuna Office Complex with New Tenant

The Diuna office complex, part of Syrena Real Estate's portfolio, gained a new tenant - JDE Peet's (JDEP), which occupies an office of 900 sqm.

Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, underwent a significant transformation under the direction of Syrena Real Estate and PineBridge Benson Elliot. The office complex, located in Warsaw's Służewiec, has been modernized according to current market standards. The changes made included revitalization of external spaces and reconstruction of the entrance lobby of four buildings.

A concrete parking lot of 6,000 sqm was transformed into a publicly accessible park, which gained 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion. Additionally, new co-working spaces were introduced, as well as a conference center with a dedicated meeting room and a training room. The complex was also equipped with a modern bicycle zone with complete infrastructure for cycling enthusiasts. The main designer of the new Diuna concept is MJZ architectural studio, iGreen Landscape Architecture is responsible for the green design, while the design of new interiors was developed by Łoskiewicz Studio. Reesco Group was responsible for the complex renovation, while cmT was responsible for project management.
