Gdansk Garrison Hiro with a new tenant

Seargin, an international technology and consulting company, rented over 1,900 sqm of space in the Garrison Hiro office building in Gdansk, expanding its office. The new space, designed according to ESG principles, increases work comfort, enables the organization of international meetings and raises operational standards.

Seargin operates in 50 countries and employs 650 people, specializing in technologies such as SAP, ServiceNow, Workday and Salesforce as well as advanced industrial solutions. The company is growing dynamically, opening offices in London, Madrid, Berlin and New York, and also planning further expansion.

The Garrison Hiro office building offers 6,000 sqm of office space and 150 parking spaces. Located at ul. Chrzanowskiego in Gdansk Wrzeszcz, it is distinguished by a modern, fully glazed facade and proximity to major communication arteries, which enables quick access to the railway station and airport. The Garrison complex combines office, residential and service functions over an area of 25 hectares, offering a friendly, park-like climate and diverse urban architecture that integrates new buildings with restored historic monuments.
