Google in Warsaw office building The Warsaw Hub

A new and unique tenant - Google - will move into Warsaw's The Warsaw Hub building. The facility is home to Europe's largest Google Cloud Technology Development Center.

The Warsaw Hub has gained a major new tenant. Google, a world leader in the information technology industry, has moved into the facility. The company with American roots has created the Google Cloud Technology Development Center in the Warsaw facility, which will be used to create innovations and modern solutions for, among others, residents of the capital. With the launch of the new center, the company also plans to increase employment.

The Warsaw Hub is a complex of three buildings that offer a total of about 110,000 sqm of high-end leasable space. Two of the buildings in the complex reach 130 meters in height, while the third climbs to 85 meters. A four-level parking garage for cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure are available to tenants. An additional advantage of the building is its direct connection to the subway station at Daszyńskiego Roundabout and the presence of retail and catering establishments in the facility.
