ingage Poland new tenant in Infinity office building in Wroclaw

The modern Infinity office building in Wroclaw, which is currently in the final phase of construction, has won a new tenant and is approaching nearly 50 percent commercialization. Completion of the project at Jana Pawła II Square is scheduled for the end of June 2023.

ingage Poland has joined the prestigious group of tenants of the Infinity office building in Wroclaw. They specialize in providing high-quality Investor Relations (IR) software. The new tenant is a rapidly growing software company, and the ingage platform offers a comprehensive suite of investor relations management software. Their solution supports IR teams with a global footprint, serving one hundred of the largest listed companies from fifteen different countries around the world.

The company's new office will be located on the fifth floor of a building on Jana Pawla II Square in Wroclaw, occupying nearly 700 sqm. Other companies that have already leased offices at Infinity include Divante, a global provider of eCommerce solutions, FutureMeds, a company specializing in conducting clinical trials of new drugs and therapies, and "UP" Fitness Club with a Mission.

Infinity is a seven-story Class A office building, offering a total of 18,727 sqm of office space, including 1,561 sqm of retail space and a three-level underground garage with 311 parking spaces. Terraces with landscaping are planned on the building's roof. The architectural design of the project was developed by AD Studio, and the general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
