Katowice's .KTW II with BREEAM certification

Located in the center of Katowice, the .KTW II office building has been awarded BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

Officially completed in January 2023, the office building offers a total of 39,900 sqm of office space and 2,100 sqm of retail space.

BREEAM is an international system for evaluating buildings against sustainability principles. Certificates are awarded by the Building Research Establishment Global (BRE) and are based on meeting relevant requirements in ten areas, such as governance, health and well-being, energy, transportation, water, materials, ecology, waste, pollution, and innovation. The .KTW II building received a score of 80.6%, certifying that it was designed and built in the spirit of ecology and sustainability.
