Lodz Office Complex Has New Tenants

The Lodz office complex Symetris Business Park signed lease agreements for nearly 1,300 sqm of space. Symetris Business Park is an ideal place for companies wanting to develop their business and provide employees with comfortable working conditions. The only one in the city, the original Book&Cook concept—Lodz's creative space—in the newly opened cafe offers cold and hot drinks, snacks, and ready-to-heat international cuisine dishes.

The company Xsys, a provider of complete solutions for flexography and typography printing preparation, rented almost 370 sqm of office space in Symetris Business Park. IRIS Telecommunication Poland, providing services in the design, construction, supervision, maintenance, and modernization of broadband and mobile telecommunications networks throughout Poland, rented office space of nearly 650 sqm.

National developer Archicom, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, will open a residential sales office in the complex in the fall. The company, operating for over three decades, will occupy 210 sqm of office space.

Symetris Business Park is a complex of two Class A office buildings with a total area of over 19,000 sqm. Designed with the goal of creating an inspiring and friendly work environment, as confirmed by BREEAM certifications at the Excellent level and WELL HSR rating. The building's modern architecture, with its delicate and elegant structure, refers to Lodz's historical heritage.

The owners of Symetris Business Park are Henderson Park, holding 70% stake, and EPP, holding 30%, which is also responsible for managing the complex.
