Mogilska 35 Office with BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level

The newest investment by Warimpex, an office building located at Mogilska 35 in Krakow, obtained a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level. This is a confirmation of meeting high standards of sustainable development in the construction industry. Opened at the end of 2023, the Mogilska 35 Office building is a modern class A facility, located in the very center of Krakow. It offers over 11,000 sqm of office space for rent, distributed over six floors.

The BREEAM certificate, the most recognized in Poland in the field of sustainable construction, confirms the extent to which properties are environmentally friendly. In the case of BREEAM In-Use certification, focused on existing buildings, attention is directed to ten areas, such as management, reducing energy and water consumption, waste and pollution reduction, land use and ecology, materials, transport, innovation, health and well-being.

The Mogilska 35 Office building, besides the obtained certificate, offers many solutions that increase work comfort. Conference rooms are equipped with CO2 sensors, supply and exhaust ventilation with air conditioning was also used as well as sound-absorbing materials, which classifies it as a low-noise building. Additionally, tenants have access to electric vehicle charging stations and cyclist infrastructure, and the building is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The office building has introduced numerous environmentally friendly measures aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, such as solenoid valves in restrooms or a BMS system for collecting rainwater. Designers also took into account measures supporting rational waste management. With care for biodiversity and employee comfort, the investor equipped the facility with numerous green elements, such as terraces with biologically active roofs, climbing vegetation and a courtyard, which will be planted with trees and shrubs.
