New City has convinced tenants

Contracts have been extended in Warsaw's New City. Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne SA, which has been present on the Polish market since 1996, will remain in the office building for the next two years, and is involved in the development of luxury office, logistics bases and residential projects. Meanwhile, the other tenant, Hapag-Lloyd Polska Sp. z o.o., which specializes in shipping containers by sea, has decided to continue working with the building's owners for three years. New City is divided into two buildings, together offering 44 thousand square meters of office space. High-standard spaces and a convenient location - thanks to these decisive factors, more and more companies are expected to spread their wings right in the center of Mokotow's business district.
