New Headquarters of TIP Trailer Services Poland

TIP Trailer Services Poland has joined the list of tenants of the Concept Tower office in Warsaw. The tenant will move to the new office in March 2024, where it will occupy approximately 450 sqm.

TIP is a leading, independent vehicle manufacturer supplier of rental services and integrated solutions for the transport and logistics industry. The scope of services covers the entire vehicle lifecycle, from purchase, through maintenance and repairs, to resale. TIP has over 120 branches in 18 countries in Europe and North America, and numerous service partners, thanks to which it has a dense network of branches and workshops.

Concept Tower is a modern class A+ office skyscraper located in the Central Business Area, in the vicinity of prestigious skyscrapers and the Warsaw Uprising Museum. It has 15 above-ground floors and over 7,850 m² of office space. The typical floor area is approximately 600 m². It is distinguished by a characteristic glass front wall, the central part of which is tilted from the vertical. Representative architecture and corner location make the building recognizable and excellently exposed.
