New lease agreements in North Gate

The Deka Immobilen investment fund, which is the owner of the North Gate office building on Bonifraterska Street in Midtown, signed three new lease agreements. The total value of these transactions exceeds 4,000 square meters of office space.

In the North Gate building, located in Warsaw's Midtown, offices are occupied by a number of renowned companies, such as C.H. Beck, Multiconsult Polska and the JDP law firm. Recently, tenants decided to extend their lease agreements and expand the space they occupy.

North Gate is a modern class A office building with an impressive height of 87 meters. This building, consisting of 26 floors, offers a total of 35,600 square meters of usable space, of which 28,000 square meters are designated for offices. On the third floor there is the so-called Garden Lounge, which is a green space created on an internal terrace, available to all tenants. Additionally, office building tenants can use three underground floors, which offer 310 parking spaces.
