New tenant in Gdańsk's Officyna

Diverse CG moved its headquarters in Gdańsk to the new Officyna office building. The company, which is engaged in the recruitment of IT experts in the field of outsourcing, team leasing and headhunting, rented almost 400 square meters of space here. The company's main headquarters is in Warsaw, but for five years the company has been actively developing in the Tri-City area.

In the new office, care was taken to ensure employee comfort and well-being. It was equipped with electrically adjustable desks, ottomans and quiet work areas.

Officyna was realized in two stages, and the total rental space is 12.3 thousand square meters. The building offers convenient sanitary facilities with locker rooms, lockers and showers, as well as parking spaces for bicycles both in the garage hall and outside. The Officyna project was created by the APA Wojciechowski Tri-City studio, and both buildings received Platinum certification in the LEED system.
