New tenant in Officyna facility in Gdansk

The group of tenants in the Officyna office building in Gdansk has expanded by another tenant. Nowodworski Estates, a real estate agent, will move into the building.

New tenant in one of Gdansk's office buildings. Nowodworski Estates, a company operating as a real estate broker, has decided to open its next office in Gdansk. It has chosen the modern Officyna building for its new office. The company will occupy about 220 sqm of office space there. The lease agreement will be in force for the next 6 years.

Officyna is an office building in Gdansk, consisting of two interconnected buildings reaching a height of five stories. Their total leasable area is more than 12,000 sqm. In addition to office space, the building includes retail and service units and a green terrace on the top floor. Additional amenities for tenants include underground car parking and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
