New tenant in Varso Tower

Varso Tower continues to attract more tenants. Next year, one of Poland's largest international law firms, CMS, will move into the building.

The European Union's tallest skyscraper continues to attract new tenants. A lease agreement has recently been signed with CMS, an international law firm, which is one of the leaders on the Polish market. The new tenant will move into the building in late 2022/early 2023 and will occupy approximately 7,000 sqm of office space. In addition, a private terrace located on the 177th meter of the skyscraper will be at the disposal of the law firm's employees.

In addition to high-end work space, the building also provides its tenants with underground parking spaces, bicycle amenities or viewing terraces.
