New tenant in Warsaw's Skyliner

The list of tenants in Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper has expanded with a new tenant. French company Tarkett, operating in the flooring and sports flooring industry, will move into the office building.

A new tenant will move into Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper. The French company Tarkett will open its headquarters there. The company operates in the flooring, carpeting and sports surfaces industry. The tradition of the world leader dates back as far as 140 years. The company's new office will occupy 1,000 sqm, and its employees will move in at the beginning of 2023.

Skyliner is a Warsaw skyscraper with 49,000 sqm of Class A office space. The building's lowest floors include retail and food and beverage establishments, and a five-story parking lot can be found underground. In addition, electric vehicle charging stations and facilities for cyclists are available to tenants. In addition, the building features a unique Skybar located on the 165th meter of the building.
