Occupancy permit for Warsaw skyscraper from Forest complex

Construction of the Warsaw skyscraper from the Forest office complex has been completed. The building has been completed and is providing the local market with approximately 55,000 sqm of office space.

The Warsaw office market has expanded with additional workspace. A 120-meter-tall skyscraper that is part of the Forest complex has just been commissioned. The building offers about 55,000 sq. m. of work space. The first tenants will soon be able to move in.

Forest is a modern, eco-friendly complex of Warsaw buildings. The facility provides a total of 78,000 sqm of space to the local market. A number of nature- and people-friendly solutions have been applied, including the planting of some 400 trees and shrubs, the creation of special green terraces and an urban garden. Tenants can also take advantage of above- and underground parking spaces and a number of bicycle facilities.
