Office House will be ready in spring and most of the building's space is already rented based on signed lease agreements

Office House is the first phase of the multi-use Towarowa22 project, implemented in Warsaw's Wola by AFI Europe, Echo Investment and Archicom. A nine-story building with an area of 32,000 sqm, including office and retail and service spaces, will be ready in spring 2025. Currently, 70% of available space has already been rented, which testifies to strong tenant interest.

Among the tenants are companies such as emagine, which rented 6,000 sqm of office space, and Crowe, which will occupy 2,700 sqm. The building is distinguished by the use of sustainable solutions, such as 100% green energy supply, orangeries and green loggias on each floor, as well as a roof terrace. Office House meets the highest standards of environmental certification, including BREEAM "Outstanding".

Construction of Office House is entering the finalization phase, with facade assembly completed and finishing work underway. In parallel, the first residential building of the Towarowa22 complex is being implemented, offering luxury apartments under the Archicom Collection brand. Subsequent phases of the project, planned for 2025, will contribute to the creation of a modern, multi-use urban space.
