Opera Office development

The Opera Office building has been designed to maximize tenant comfort. This is helped by the fact that the building is largely made of glass, allowing for a composition of open space inside the building. It includes 8,200 square meters of office space that can be personalized by tenants. Opera Office is located near Zwycięstwa Avenue, next to the campus of Gdansk University of Technology and Multikino. The neighborhood is rich with numerous bike paths, a Rapid Urban Rail stop and free parking. Recently, the developers allowed potential employees to leave their bikes in a covered and monitored area with lockers and showers.
