Poland's largest private energy group in Lakeside office building

Three companies from the Polenergia group have joined the list of LAKESIDE office tenants: Polenergia Photovoltaics, Polenergia Sales, and Polenergia eMobility. These companies, part of Poland's largest private energy group, will occupy a total of approximately 3,500 square meters in the building.

LAKESIDE is an innovative office investment owned by Atenor, located on Warsaw's Mokotów. The building at ul. Szturmowa was handed over for use in 2023 and offers a total of approximately 23,844 square meters of office space for lease. This office complex is equipped with numerous amenities, such as a catering facility with a cafe, cycling infrastructure, and charging stations for electric vehicles, including cars, bicycles, and e-scooters.
