Available lease space in the modern Principio office building has run out. A shoe company has moved into the building, making Principio fully leased.

One of Krakow's office buildings has just been fully commercialized. This was due to a recently signed lease agreement with a shoe company, which has taken the last 2,400 sqm of vacant office space in the modern Principio building on Armii Krajowej Street.

Principio is a Krakow office building located on Armii Krajowej Street. Artur Jasinski i Wspólnicy office is responsible for the architectural design of the office building. The office building provides the local market with approximately 1,600 sqm of leasable space, which has already been fully commercialized. Users of the building can take advantage of above-ground parking spaces, an underground garage hall for cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
