Saint-Gobain Group, a global leader in sustainable and lightweight construction, specializing in the creation, production and distribution of materials and solutions for the construction and industrial sectors, is one of the largest foreign investors in Poland, present on the Vistula for over 30 years. With 25 plants and employing 7,300 employees, the company recently signed a lease agreement for offices in Varso Tower. The Polish-Ukrainian headquarters of the Saint-Gobain Group will be located on the 28th floor of this tower, located at 69 Chmielna Street in the heart of Warsaw. The office space for company employees will be almost 1,400 square meters. The move is planned for the fall of this year, and the lease agreement was signed for a period of 10 years.
Varso Tower, which is part of the HB Reavis complex, is a over 300-meter giant offering offices, a hotel, innovation center, restaurants, cafés, fitness club and clinic with a total area of 70,000 square meters. The commercialization level of the complex is already 85%. Among the tenants of Varso Place are renowned companies such as: law firms CMS, Baker McKenzie and Greenberg Traurig.
The architectural design of Varso Tower, the tallest tower in the European Union, is the responsibility of the prestigious Foster + Partners firm. The tenant was represented during the process by Brookfield Partners.
