Santander Bank the largest tenant in Business Garden Poznań

Santander Bank has decided to extend its lease in Poznan's Business Garden office complex. Thus, the company has become the largest tenant in the facility, which is eventually to become the bank's only location in the city.

Changes in Poznan's Business Garden complex. Its current tenant, Santander Bank, has decided to extend and renegotiate the terms of its office space lease. From now on, the company will occupy almost 17,400 sqm of space. The tenant decided to take such a step because of the modern office space available in the building and the planned establishment of the company's only headquarters in the city in Business Garden Poznań.

Business Garden Poznań is a modern, expansive office complex comprising as many as nine buildings. In total, the entire facility offers about 88,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, for the use of tenants there are above- and underground parking spaces and a number of facilities for cyclists. Also at their disposal are green areas around the facility, where there are rest and activity zones.
