Serviced offices from Rise.pl in .KTW II building

Rise.pl will create its state-of-the-art coworking space in Katowice in the .KTW II skyscraper. The new office space will open next year.

Katowice's office market will expand with another modern flex space. Rise.pl, a company providing coworking space and serviced offices, has decided to create its coworking space in the .KTW II building. The modern offices will occupy about 1,300 sqm of space and will be available to tenants as early as March 2023. Over time, the company plans to expand its workspace to about 4,200 sqm.

The .KTW II office building is one of two parts that make up a larger office and retail complex in Katowice. The entire facility provides the local market with about 62,000 sqm of high-standard total space. Underground car parking is also available to tenants. The facility also includes a number of retail and service establishments and a medical center.
