Shopee based in Warsaw UNIT

The list of tenants in the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper has extended by another tenant. The employees of Shopee Polska have already moved into the building.

Another tenant has decided to occupy space in the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper. Shopee, a global shopping platform, has opened its new headquarters there. The company entered the Polish market in 2021. The company chose the building because of its prime location and the technical sophistication of the facility, which will allow it to continuously improve its platform and services.

Warsaw UNIT is a modern Warsaw skyscraper located on Daszyńskiego Street. It provides approximately 57,000 sqm of office space to the local market. In addition, the building includes retail and service units. Tenants can also take advantage of above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities. The high-rise boasts a number of certifications, including the International WELL Building Institute and the Green Building Standard.
