The design of Warsaw's skyscraper The Bridge has been unveiled

The Bridge skyscraper will be built in Warsaw at the end of 2024. The Ghelamco company has already outlined the design of the office building and preparations for the development are underway.

The Bridge is an investment by Ghelamco, and the building is scheduled for completion in late 2024. The skyscraper will provide 47,000 sqm of office space and will rise to a height of 174 meters. The construction plan also includes connecting the new office building with the neighboring Bellona Publishing House building, by creating a lobby between the structures.

The project, designed by the Netherlands-based UNStudio studio and the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio Projekt, includes numerous amenities for future tenants. These will include a multi-level underground garage, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as chargers for electric vehicles - cars, bicycles and scooters. Thanks to these solutions, the skyscraper will receive a set of three certifications: BREEAM, WELL and Green Building Standard.

The project also involves some changes to the space surrounding The Bridge office building. Plans include a mini-park in place of the current parking lot, renovation of the tenement's gate, which will provide an additional entrance to Europe Square, and greening of the area.
