Top award for Warsaw UNIT office building

Warsaw office building Warsaw UNIT has been awarded a BREEAM certificate. In it, the building received the highest possible rating - Outstanding.

Poland's first skyscraper has recently received a unique distinction. The Warsaw UNIT office building has received BREEAM certification, which evaluates the building's wide-ranging quality, environmental performance and user-friendliness. Ultimately, the building scored 88.5% and thus received the highest possible rating - Outstanding. It is the second building in Warsaw with such a rating.

Warsaw UNIT is a high-rise office building located in Warsaw on Daszyńskiego Street. The building provides the local market with about 57,000 sqm of high-quality office space. In addition, it also offers space for retail and service establishments. There are above-ground and underground parking spaces available to tenants. The building has also been certified by the International WELL Building Institute and the Green Building Standard.
