The Warsaw office building Skyliner is fully leased. Karimpol Polska signed a lease agreement for the last available office space in this building. The tenant is one of Poland's leading renewable energy developers, which will occupy approximately 1,500 m², the entire seventh floor.
Skyliner, one of the seven tallest office buildings in Poland, is 195 meters tall and was handed over for use in January 2021 as the first part of the office complex. The building has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is 100% powered by renewable energy sources. The total office space available for lease is 45,000 m² and is now fully commercialized.
