Warsaw's Intraco Prime ready for use

Intraco Prime in Warsaw has just received an occupancy permit. Two years after construction began, interested tenants can move into the building.

Intraco Prime, a Warsaw office building, has just been commissioned. The first tenants can already move into the new building, owned by investor PHN. The building was constructed in two years, which is surprising given that it was built during the pandemic period. The building forms a coherent whole with the previously built Intraco skyscraper.

Intraco Prime is a Warsaw office building located on Stawki Street. Approximately 13,000 sqm of workspace is available in the building. In addition, Intraco Prime has retail and service units. The building rises to a height of eight stories above ground. The building has a number of environmental solutions, which have been awarded the BREEAM Interim certificate. The underground floors include a garage hall for cars.
