The list of tenants of the Warsaw UNIT office building has been expanded to include a leading investor in renewable energy sources in Poland, RWE Renewables, which will open its new headquarters at Daszyńskiego Roundabout.

RWE Renewables, a leader in renewable energy investment in Poland, will move to this tower in the fall of this year. The company's new headquarters with an area of almost 1,600 square meters will be located on the 22nd floor of the office building. The lease agreement, signed for a period of 5 years, was concluded with Ghelamco, the investor and owner of the property.

RWE Renewables is currently a key strategic investor in the field of renewable energy sources. The company is engaged in developing, building and operating wind and solar farms on land and at sea. The company has been operating on the Polish market since 2007 and employs almost 200 highly qualified employees who work in several offices in Poland, in cities such as Szczecin, Gdynia, Słupsk, Inowrocław, Rzeszów, Łódź and Warsaw.

Warsaw UNIT is one of the most ecological and technologically advanced towers in Poland, offering a total of 59,000 square meters of modern office space. The building has a WELL Core certificate at Platinum level and as the first of its kind, received an Outstanding rating under the BREEAM certificate.
