Skansa can boast of an exceptional distinction. The company's next building, Building B of Warsaw's Spark complex, has received a Gold rating of the WELL Core&Shell certificate. This means that the office building is a conducive place to work and meets the demanding criteria for safety and comfort of the building's tenants.
Spark is a Warsaw complex of three office buildings located on Solidarności Street. The building provides approximately 70,000 sqm of office space.
