EC Powiśle is an office, residential and service complex being developed on the site of the former Powiśle Combined Heat and Power Plant, and includes newly constructed buildings and the adaptation of historic post-industrial buildings. The office space offered for lease in the individual buildings will be: in building B1 - about 5,000 sqm, in B4 - about 6,100 sqm, in B5 - about 11,100 sqm.
