Olivia Star is a modern and prestigious class A office building located in the northwestern part of the city. It belongs to the Tri-City's largest office complex Olivia Business Centre with a total planned area of approximately 230,000 sqm. The office building is 180 meters high and has 35 floors above ground which places it among the tallest buildings in Poland. The glass façade and classic body are in line with current architectural trends and create a timeless character of the building. The building has almost 45,700 sqm of total area, and the area of a typical floor is about 1,200 sqm. The top floors of the skyscraper are open to the public and include restaurants, a conference center and, above all, an observation deck with a unique panoramic view of the entire Tri-City and the Gdansk Bay. The first floor of the building is connected to a glazed and greenery-filled garden, which is a venue for artistic and educational events.
