West Station is a development offering in one place a modern railroad station, two first-class office buildings with green enclaves inside, service and retail outlets and public space. Access to the offices and conference center will be directly from the station level, under a covered walkway. A total of more than 66,000 sqm of modern rentable office space is planned for tenants. Each building will have 14 floors above ground, and 3 levels of underground parking will provide space for 1,100 cars. The complex is being built in Warsaw's Ochota district, in close proximity to the Western Railway Station and the Main Bus Station. Thus, it fits in with the strategy of opening business centers in key transportation hubs of the city. The location on the main artery provides excellent transport links to all districts of Warsaw, both by public and private transport. It takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the Central Railway Station by car, and less than 20 minutes to reach the Fryderyk Chopin International Airport. Easy access to the expressway S8, S2 and the A2 highway is also an asset. The location in the very center of the city makes it possible to take full advantage of the capital's retail, service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer. The facilities are being built as part of a joint development project on land owned by Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. (Polish State Railways). The entire investment is being carried out in three stages. In the first stage, a new railroad station was built. The second stage saw the construction of the first office building, which offers about 27,000 sqm of rentable office space. The second office building, with an area of about 35,000 sqm, was completed by the first quarter of 2018.
