Szucha 9 is a neo-Gothic tenement built in 1893-1894. In the later period, it was partially demolished and rebuilt. Currently, there is a plan to renovate the tenement. Details to be confirmed. Szucha 9 is situated in the Warsaw’s Śródmieście district, in the proximity to the Royal Łazienki, numerous state institutions and major thoroughfares.
