The Krakowska 35 office building is already waiting for its first tenants. The Atal Business Centers company has just obtained an occupancy permit for the building in Wroclaw. The office building has risen six stories high, providing about 13,500 sqm of office space to the market.

The Wroclaw facility is an environmentally friendly, modern office building that, in addition to high-quality offices, also offers many additional amenities for employees. These include charging stations for electric vehicles and facilities for cyclists in the form of locker rooms, showers and separate parking spaces.
