Chilliflex tenant of the Krakow Kreo office building

Ghelamco, owner of the KREO office building, acquired a new tenant for its newest project in Krakow - Chilliflex. This company, specializing in the field of coworking and serviced offices, rented almost 5,700 sqm of office space. This is one of the largest concluded lease agreements on the Krakow office market this year. Chillflex will open its serviced offices and coworking spaces in the spring of next year on the 1st and 2nd floor of the KREO office building. The lease agreement with Ghelamco, the investor and owner of the property, was signed for a period of 10 years.
