Construction of over 100-meter high-rise on Warsaw's Wola has begun

Construction of an over 100-meter high-rise between the Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego metro stations has begun, whose investor is Skanska. This is the second office building of the Studio complex. The first one, Studio B, was handed over for use a few days ago. Skanska is now proceeding with the implementation of the second phase of the investment, including a 27-story high-rise with a total rental area of 26,600 square meters.

Studio is an office complex located between the Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations. Among the available amenities are m.in. 150 parking spaces for cyclists, green terraces on the seventh and twelfth floors, and an open square with small architecture, rain gardens and retention tanks, facilitating water collection. This square is a point connecting Studio with the neighboring Norblin Factory.

Studio A is a 105-meter office tower, reminiscent in appearance of the first phase of the complex. The ground floor will be decorated with characteristic "X's". At the entrance to Studio, employees and guests will be greeted by an elegant lobby in Scandinavian style, maintained in warm, friendly colors. The high-rise is to be ready in Q4 2025.
