About Studio A office
Studio is a set of office buildings being constructed in Warsaw, located in the Wola district, along Łucka and Prosta streets. Construction of the complex began in August 2021, and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. The office area of this multi-story building complex will be 43,000 square meters. The project investor is Skanska. Near the complex are other important facilities: 90 meters away is the Łucka City building, 100 meters away is the Prosta Tower building, and 114 meters away is Fabryka Norblina. The project is being implemented in phases. The first phase of the investment is a 14-story office building with a GLA area of 17,600 square meters, scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2023. Studio will be a modern office complex meeting the needs of contemporary tenants and enriching the infrastructure of the Wola district.
