Development of The Form office building begins

Developer Lincoln Property Company is launching its first investment in Poland. Construction of The Form office building will start in the second half of 2022.

Lincoln Property Company is an American real estate development company that has decided to start operations in Poland. For this reason, in the second half of 2022, the construction of a modern office building called The Form will start, which is expected to become a model for future buildings of this type in Europe. The building will seek not only LEED or WELL certification, but also Net Zero Carbon, Active Score and Air Rated. The company also says it will continue to expand its operations in Poland.

The Form will be a modern office building, with Warsaw's Wola district chosen as its location. It will provide about 28,500 sqm of office space and 2,500 spaces for retail and service units to the local market. The building will rise nine stories high. The building will also feature a green patio with relaxation zones. The building is scheduled for completion in 2024.
