First tenant of The Form will begin operations in January 2025

The flagship project of Lincoln Property Company in Poland, The Form office building, received global WiredScore and SmartScore certificates at the Platinum level, awarded to the most technologically advanced buildings in the world. The office building is in an advanced stage of construction, and its handover for use is planned for December 2024. The first tenant will begin operations in January 2025.

The Form, a building with an area of nearly 31 thousand sqm, is being built at the intersection of Pańska and Miedziana streets on Warsaw's Wola.
