Hi Piotrkowska in Lodz Gained a New Tenant

The ranks of Hi Piotrkowska building tenants, situated in the very center of Lodz, have been joined by a leading food producer and manufacturer of industrial components derived from renewable plant sources—Primient.

The company plans to open its office with an area of 776.92 sqm on the twelfth floor of the Hi Piotrkowska building in September of this year.

When creating the office interior design, the design team focused on adapting the space to Primient's individual needs. Significant emphasis was placed on creating a relaxation zone, areas enabling intensive brainstorming, the presence of vegetation, and ecological aspects, in accordance with the company's principles and identity.

Hi Piotrkowska complex is a mixed-use complex located near the Piotrkowska Centrum junction. It consists of two office towers offering a combined 21,000 sqm of office space, as well as a Hampton by Hilton hotel. The complex is an excellent space for work and rest. The unique building standing 82 meters high, representing Class A+ standard, is home to many renowned companies such as iTechArt, Avient, Signify, Sii, and Bank PKO BP.
