Krakow KREO office building ready for tenants

KREO, the newest investment by Ghelamco in Krakow, has just obtained permission to use. Over 24,000 square meters of modern office space awaits potential tenants. KREO's location ensures easy and quick access to the city center, as well as its historic districts, such as Kazimierz and Stare Podgorze. This promotes the use of an extensive network of public transport and bicycle paths. For bicycle enthusiasts, a dedicated parking lot with over 70 bikes has been prepared, as well as showers and lockers provided. Those using cars can use over 300 parking spaces in an underground garage as well as an additional 24 spaces in front of the office building itself, as well as charging stations for electric cars.

The building is also distinguished by a spacious rooftop terrace, from which you can admire a picturesque view of Krakow's panorama and Wawel Royal Castle. To ensure optimal working conditions for KREO users, a proprietary Signal OS system developed by Ghelamco was installed inside. This advanced system integrates all systems in the building, enabling monitoring, data collection and analysis in real time.
