New Tenant at Warsaw's HOP Office Building

The Atas company joined the tenants of the HOP office building, which is part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. Furthermore, the ERM company decided to extend its current lease agreement.

Atas specializes in youth and language tourism, organizing summer camps, tourist trips and language courses for various age groups. During the school year, the company also offers school trips and worksHOPs. The company occupied almost 300 square meters in the office building at Chmielna 132/134.

Also remaining in the HOP office building is ERM, a consulting agency specializing in sustainable development. It has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of environmental protection, occupational safety and health, operational and social risk management. It has been operating in the Polish market since 1989, and its office with an area of about 350 square meters has been functioning in the Warsaw office building since 2014.

The HOP office building, built in postmodern style from the 1990s, was modernized by Syrena Real Estate and PineBridge Benson Elliot. The architectural design by Anna Łoskiewicz from Łoskiewicz Studio includes six above-ground floors and one underground. The ground floor features a coworking zone and conference rooms available to building users. The total rental area is over 14,000 square meters. Among the office building tenants are m.in. companies Yope, 4 Life Direct, Critical Applications, BNP Paribas Bank Polska and Evergreen. The HOP building has BREEAM in Use certificates at Excellent level, WELL Health & Safety Rating and "Barrier-free facility".
