Skanska high-rise grows in the heart of Warsaw – the building already has a topping-out ceremony

The Studio A high-rise, developed by Skanska on Prosta Street in Warsaw, has reached its final height. A traditional topping-out ceremony was held at the top of the building, symbolizing the completion of major structural work. The opening of the office building is planned for the end of 2025.

Studio A will offer approximately 27,000 m² of modern office space. The location between Daszyńskiego Roundabout and the Rondo ONZ metro station will ensure convenient access to public transportation, and a new passage will connect the investment with the nearby Norblin Factory. The project is distinguished by dynamic architecture – special attention is drawn to the lower part of the building with structures in the shape of the letter "X".

The investment is designed with user comfort and sustainable development in mind. Employees will have access to green terraces distributed over three floors, bicycle infrastructure and surrounding urban greenery. The area around Studio A will be developed using small architecture, rain gardens, water features and year-round vegetation.
