The Form reaches target height

The Form office building has reached its intended height, and a symbolic topping-out ceremony was held on the last, ninth floor of the building. The planned handover of the building for use is scheduled for later this year.
The building with a total area of 30.8 thousand sqm is being built at the intersection of Miedziana and Pańska streets, in the business part of Warsaw's Wola district. The ground floor is intended for 2.6 thousand sqm of retail and service outlets, while the remaining space is intended for office purposes.
The office building received WELL and LEED certificates at the Platinum level during the project implementation, as well as WiredScore, SmartScore, ActiveScore and AirScore D&O, also at the Platinum level. Additionally, the project provides for compliance with the requirements of the Barrier-Free Facility certificate.
The planned date for the handover of The Form for use is the fourth quarter of 2024. Potential tenants will have access to an underground garage with 254 parking spaces, 210 bicycle stands and charging stations for electric cars and bicycles.
Lincoln Property Company Poland is the investor of the project, Porr is the general contractor, and JLL serves as the exclusive agent responsible for commercialization.
