The next stage of construction of the Olawa Gate

The next phase of construction of the Brama Oławska office building has been completed. The building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2022.

Wrocław's Brama Oławska office building is located in the Old Town at 35 Oławska Street, near Galeria Dominikańska. Its investor is Tower Inwestycje, while Warbud became the general contractor of the project. The new building has already reached its open shell in May/June 2021, and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2022.

Brama Oławska will offer future tenants more than 14,000 sqm of total space. The BREEAM Excellent certificate obtained by the new office building testifies to the use of modern solutions, both environmentally friendly and those friendly to the facility's employees. The building has energy-efficient building operation systems, underground parking and spaces for electric cars and bicycles. The project also includes plans to widen the sidewalk and create an arcade, which will also benefit residents of nearby buildings.
