Warsaw Financial Center renovation begins

Warsaw Financial Center, a 32-story skyscraper inspired by the architecture of Chicago skyscrapers, will undergo a modernization process. The office building is owned by CPI Property Group (CPIPG), the largest commercial real estate investor in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the Central and Eastern European region.

Rising to an impressive height of 144 meters, the WFC is located at the intersection of Emilia Plater and Swietokrzyska streets in the Downtown district. The first priority will be the renovation of the lobby, which will be adapted to the needs and requirements of tenants.

The 32-story Warsaw Financial Center office building offers an impressive 50,000 square meters of leasable space. Many renowned companies from the legal, consulting, IT, financial and FMCG sectors have found their headquarters here. CPI Property Group, one of the leading commercial real estate investment companies in Central and Eastern Europe, owns and manages this office building in Poland.

Modernization work will begin in June, with the aim of transforming the office building's space into a modern and functional meeting and visitor service area. The renovated lobby will feature new ergonomic furniture, plenty of greenery, and finishes and decorations to emphasize the character of the various areas. In addition, a new information system will be introduced to provide information about tenants based in this capital office building.
