Warsaw Financial Center is one of the prestigious A+ class skyscrapers located in the Central Business District and adjacent to the Palace of Culture and Science. It has 31 floors above ground and 71,000 sqm of total space, including 50,000 sqm of leasable space. The area of a typical floor is about 1,900 sqm. The office building was designed by an American studio and looks just like American skyscrapers from the 1930s.
