The state-of-the-art system allows users to quickly park their bicycles by placing them in a sealed cabin that escorts the vehicle to one of 96 parking spaces. The entire process is expected to take just 15 seconds. Use of the Norblin Factory's mobile app will be required to use the underground garage, and the hourly fee will be only PLN 1. The Norblin Factory provides the local market with about 65,000 sqm of unique, multi-functional space, where office, retail, cultural or entertainment venues are located. An underground garage hall and a number of other amenities are available to tenants. The design for the modernization and redevelopment of the building was created by PRC Architekci studio.
Poznan office building Nowy Rynek D in the hands of Swedes

It is an investment by Cavatina Holding. The office building reaches 16,000 sqm of Class A office space and has six floors. Ultimately, the complex will consist of five multifunctional buildings. Tenants will have many amenities at their disposal, including an underground garage hall, bicycle infrastructure or green terraces and areas around the building.
