About WITA office

WITA is an office building complex being constructed in Kraków, located in the Stare Miasto district on Wita Stwosza Street. Construction began in June 2024, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. The office area of these five-story buildings will be nearly 27,000 m², while the residential area will be 8,000 m². The investment is being implemented by Archicom from Wrocław and Echo Investment, and the design was prepared by architects from Mofo Architekci from Warsaw. The WITA complex will consist of five buildings with varied functions, providing modern and functional spaces for work and residence. The location of the complex is historic and unique, as it is being built on the site of former supply warehouses of the Kraków Fortress. 90 meters away is the Museum of the Home Army dedicated to Gen. Emil Fieldorf Nila, 140 meters further is the National Archive building, and 170 meters further is the Iron Street building complex. WITA will fit into the developing infrastructure of the Stare Miasto, offering modern office and residential spaces in the heart of Kraków.
