The office building complex at Swobodna 60 is a fifteen-story structure being built in Wrocław. Construction of the Swobodna Spot office complex began in August 2023, with completion scheduled for September 2026. The office area of this complex will be nearly 42,000 m². The real estate development project is being carried out by Echo Investment, and Autorska Pracownia Architektury Kuryłowicz & Associates is responsible for the architectural design. The Swobodna Spot complex will offer modern office spaces in a strategic location, near facilities such as Centrum Biurowe Globis, Novotel Wrocław Centrum, and Pasaż Zielińskiego. The complex will be implemented in two phases: the first phase includes an 11-story office building with a rentable area of 16,000 m², scheduled for handover in Q2 2025. The second phase is a 14-story office building with an area of 25,600 m², with completion scheduled for Q3 2026. The ground floor of the complex has been designed with commercial spaces in mind, including restaurants, cafes, retail stores, and spaces for shared, informal meetings. Swobodna Spot will be a modern workplace, integrating office and commercial functions, meeting the needs of contemporary tenants.
